IIIIER – Indian Institute of Industry Interaction Education and Research is an Industrial Cluster and we work over the multi domains such as Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Food Processing, Agriculture, Construction, Apparel, Beauty and wellness and much more., in addition to this we have 250+ corporate associates/cluster members. IIIIER acts as an autonomous professional institution and Personnel Certification Body established to bridge the demand and supply gaps of the industrial workforce. With a massive support from the industry stalwarts and mentors, we are also promoted by group of Industrialists, Entrepreneurs and Academicians those who are contributing themselves in the field of MSME capacity building, Apprenticeship, Skill development, Employment and Entrepreneurship.
IIIIER is also being a part of implementing both Central and state government schemes such as PMKVY, NAPS, STRIVE, DDUGKY, TNSDC etc. IIIIER works with many organizations and shares the common markets, technologies, manpower and skill needs. We allied with agencies such as the District Employment office, Model Career Service (CII-MCC), ITIs, University and Colleges to facilitate job matching and to address mismatches in skills.
We have been delivering our services with full integrity and responsibility which has augmented the belief of the Industry people, Cluster Members and Society on us. Our services which enlighten our strength such as Manpower Planning, Apprenticeship, Training of New Hires, Skill Upgradation of Existing Staff, New Technology Incubation, Capacity Building, IOP’S – Industry Oriented Programs and much more.
IIIIER offers working professional programmes such as Academic Membership / Work Integrated Learning Programmes through blended learning, virtual learning and micro learning methods. These courses/ Academic membership Programmes are framed for those who are socially and economically weaker in background and to those who were not able to achieve their dream in getting higher education and who are facing an obstacle in their career promotions.
