We are the pioneer and pious multi domain cluster who are contributing in the field of MSME capacity building, Apprenticeship and Skill development.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY (CSR)
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is one of the essential key duties of the industries. IIIIER makes their responsibility to get fulfilled by instigating and implementing the special programs and aids various corporate strategies for CSR activities, conceptual proposals across various themes. IIIIER has emerged as a sincere organization by implementing and accelerating CSR projects of many renowned companies.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
IIIIER are the pioneer in bridging the demand and supply gaps of the industrial workforce. IIIIER has extended a supporting arm to both Central and State government funded skill development schemes such as PMKVY, NAPS, STRIVE, DDUGKY, TNSDC etc. IIIIER have taken many initiatives by providing skill development programs for the needy people to eradicate and reduce the unemployment and accelerate the entrepreneurship.
IIIIER – TVS MOTOR COMPANY LIMITED VTC
By adjoining with one of the largest motorcycle manufacturers in India TVS MOTORS Ltd – Hosur, we have established IIIIER-TVS Vocational Training Centre in the Chennai campus. IIIIER-TVS VTC provide an opportunity to the persons / trainees, who are seeking a career in automobile sector to learn and understand the skills/techniques required. Post-training, the trainees will be considered for possible recruitment at the TVS Motor dealers’ outlets. In this VTC, we also offer Up-skilling programme for the existing workforce of the TVS dealership across Tamil Nadu.
